| A key chain that
remembers
Just about everyone has come out of a concert or movie theater, walked halfway across the parking lot and realized they have no idea where they parked. It's a helpless feeling - usually followed by 15 minutes of aimless wandering. But for $4.95, you could eliminate all the hassle with the C-Car key chain, which features a built-in compass that points in the direction of your vehicle. Developed by a duo of physicists, the C-Car uses the earth's magnetic field to remember the relative direction between two objects - without batteries or electronics. To use it, you simply point the key chain in the direction you intend to go upon exiting your vehicle and rotate a small wheel to line up the car logo with the arrow. When you exit the building, all you have to do to find your car is point the key chain in various directions until the logo lines up and walk in that direction. C-Car is made by Lancetta Inc. of Austin, Texas, and can be purchased online at www.mytithe.com.
